It is with due respect that I, the undersigned, Yasmin Choudhury (52), father-in-law Alhaj Abdul Mukit Chowdhury, District-Sylhet and Aman village house is Alinagar, Thana-Bianibazar, District-Sylhet.
Defendant appeared on another side. Saleh Ahmad Khosru (65) Father – Unknown, Mother Elaine Supply Police Station, District – Sylhet I am applying to make a general diary to the effect that I am one of the defendants who is my cousin. I am not on good terms with the defendant due to the said kinship. I was in Bangladesh from London last 23 September 2019.
I had disputes with my relatives over land and family matters. The above defendant assisted me. In continuation of this, the above defendant came to my house last 03/10/2019 when I was staying at my house at about 11.00 hours at night. At one stage before I could understand anything, the above defendant tsexually assaulted me.
Then I went to London from Bangladesh on 16/10/2019 for the fear of my self and my security a) British High Commissioner Robert Chatterton Dickson, Lord Ahmed British Foreign Office, British MP Shevon Mead, RASASC (British NGO), British Metropolitan Police along with Councilor of Bangladesh High Commission MR Manjurul Karim Khan Chowdhury, and other people advised me to surrender Bangladesh Police. I listen to it when I stay in the city.
Husband-Unknown, Sang-Uttar Rankeli, Thana Golapganj – WhatsApp one from **************** called me on the WhatsApp account and threatened me that if I come to Bangladesh, my money will not be taken care of.
I make a GD in Kotwali Model Police Station / 2015 regarding my organization named Lovedesh for causing damage and intimidation to me and my staff. At this my family was angry with me and did not allow me to live in peace even in London.
I am taking refuge with the police as much as I can. Because my cousin Enamul Haque Choudhury (Sylhet) Meat Club and Paragon Property Ltd.), Balik Chowdhury, Sang-Alinagar, Dabayanibajan. Sylhet, Cousin Fachen Ahmad Chowdhury (Chairman, Bareka Power), Father- Deceased Abdul Mumit Chowdhury and his wife Kashina Chowdhury (Rushi) Your Kits Primary School) and Head Master of Raiju Primary School Mr. Marke Edwaj, Cousin Faheem Ahmad Chowdhury (MD , Bareka Pawar) father-deceased Abdul Mumit Chowdhury, cousin Ebadul Chowdhury, father-deceased Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Sang Bhatpara, Shahparan (retd), Sylhet and Saleh Ahmad Khasru sister Parul Begum of Birala are candidates for trial.

My name is Yasmin Choudhury. Third child of late Abdul Mukit Chowdhury (Mathon Miah), DOB: 26 May 1970. I came from UK on 6th July. I am a British citizen.
I filed a GD in Khatwali police station with reference number 715/22. For my own safety. When I do another GD. Since Eid, I was afraid to go home. I am at my father’s house by myself. In Alinagar, Enamul Haque Choudhury tried to beat me and attempt murder
My brother Nazmul Hasan Chowdhury has a criminal record. And many cousins are political, Reference No. 427 GD dated 7th July 2020 at Biyani Bazar Police Station.
No male relative should enter my late father’s house. The police made it clear that no male relatives would be allowed to enter
Later that night at 12.34 am, Enamul Haque Chowdhury and Emdadul Chowdhury arrived. A video was taken of them entering the property without my permission
