PERSONAL FAQS
What is #JusticeForYasmin all about?
I am a British business woman. A single mother.
I’m also an advocate for human rights. My family keep on trying to kill me but I keep on staying alive. I’ve been a whistleblower reporting fraud and corruption. This campaign is a factual account of my 20+ years fighting corruption, torture, reprisals domestic violence, I have endured at the hands of my family The ANCs (Ali Nagor Choudhurys),as well as unscrupulous bully employers.
In addition to fat cat billion dollar companies and famous individuals who have attempted to destroy me. And/or my business. They are listed in the Lovedesh Hall of horrors. It’s also documents the array of beautiful kind souls featured in the Lovedesh Hall of Angels who have been by my side and helping to support me to stay alive..
How can we help you Yasmin, to get justice?
Visit my Help Yasmin page (coming soon) for details on each of the below.
Fund Lovedesh. Please show support for my small business called Lovedesh, to support my beleaguered luxury fashion and fine food brand, We are very small. Lovedesh is a registered trademark since 2013 – see here – and is the first and only fashion brand in the world, endorsed by garment workers and Rana Plaza Victims – where proceeds go towards helping to protect people and planet. Through the array of charity projects named Amcariza, after my late father AMC, who I believe was murdered.I take no loans, partners nor investment to protect the integrity of the brand. Yet my business has been threatened and destroyed so many times. So please think about ordering from our store.

Dear Rt Hon (enter their name)
I’m writing to ask you as my MP, to enquire about the #JusticeForYasmin campaign. Yasmin Choudhury is a London born and bred award winning British businesswoman who reported sex crimes in Bangladesh. Instead of this being investigated properly, it was concluded without her involvement and published on a website constructed to defame her. Nobody is willing to help her. Instead Yasmin and her innocent daughter have suffered such serious reprisals. She has almost been killed out in Bangladesh. I myself am most concerned because as your constituent member, I want you as my MP to find out why aren’t British citizens getting the help that they need, when reporting crime abroad in a foreign country?
Yasmin has also been fighting corruption. She has written up two Parliamentary petitions, which I have signed and I would urge you to give her all the assistance you can. As she has also been the subject of spurious, vexatious legal cases. Now I’m now worried about travelling abroad. It’s very clear to me that I might not get any assistance if I were to report a serious crime.

Donate. There is a Go Fund Me (but I prefer this to be the last resort). I asked themif I could return the money or exchange it for a product and they said this is prohibited. But what I will be doing is totalling the amount donated, and I will add it to the bill of damages that is being presented to my blood family. Or should I ever be in a position to be wealthy enough, this would be donated to charity in the future.
How are you planning to get justice?
By going viral. It is that simple. I feel there is a global and British media silence on me and my story. As my family are extremely powerful and connected to mainstream elite in the police, Government and media. I want the people who have tortured me and my daughter to go to prison. I want a Parliamentary inquiry. And I want them all changed both in the United Kingdom and Bangladesh to ensure that vexatious legal claims are a thing of the past.
What crimes have you been accused of?
In UK
2015. Of harassing my biological brother Mr MBA when he falsely reported me to Met Police – but no further action was taken once police saw evidence of him being my perpetrator.
Of Defamation against Ms Oscar in 2015 – through her British solicitors – but no further action was taken
Allegation of defamation issued by solicitors for Suzy Cameron, wife of James Cameron, director of The Titanic and Avatar (note – I’ve not had any contact with the latter and my dispute is not with him but his wife). But this relates to the dispute with her involving a female trade union leader, who is now subject to a criminal investigation in Bangladesh, who has been depriving Rana Plaza Victims.
In Bangladesh
Breach of the peace in Bangladesh filed by Mr BIL on behalf Of The ANCs (including Ms Oscar) – cleared of charges.
THEFT & FRAUD. Stealing two cows in Bangladesh and being a “fraudster” filed by Mr BIL and my family – Court cleared me of charges.
THEFT. Amber and I were falsely accused of stealing paint cans from a shop that does not even exist – Court cleared me of charges
Cybercrime – Amber and I accused of defaming Mr BIL Through Tik Tok and accusing my tiktok family of supporting me in criminal activities and of being a fraud. The next court hearing date is March 6, 2024 which will be at the Sylhet Court, in Bangladesh.
What proof do you have that you are innocent?
All my receipts. I keep every piece of paperwork and have done so for nearly 20 years. These are all uploaded and save in cloud storage folder – to which my lawyers and trusted advisors have access to, should I get murdered or die before my story goes viral. Much of which is being published on this website, with necessary redactions to protect the innocent. You can find out what proof exists for each of the individuals in the Lovedesh Hall of Horrors – as it will be listed alphabetically.
What is your day job?
I am a Polymath. What that means is I have expertise across a number of sectors. I’m the chief executive and founder of Lovedesh. I’m a human rights expert.
I’m a professionally trained actress. And a writer. A producer and director.
I also founded several charitable projects as follows Amcariza, (grassroots charity projects) , S|He Stands (to protect and support victims of abuse), Amra United – a movement that represents the interests of garment workers of Bangladesh and Rana Plaza victims – backed by prominent trade union leaders of Bangladesh.
I am also a single mother. And a mentor to many deprived and destitute in Bangladesh as well as leading a beautiful online community that I call The YasminIsYasmin TikTok Fam.
Are you scared?
Sometimes.
But most of all I am angry and sickened because of what I have seen and experienced. I am a victim of sex crimes and I have been punished for reporting this. It’s also really hard to get the world to care about the evil disgusting two-faced nature of those who pretend to be good people but behind-the-scenes, disguise a nasty secret love of being bullies. Or are simply greedy and corrupt. And expect to get away with mistreating others – because they have access to power and influence.
But I am pretty fearless because I have withstood several attempts to have me murdered. And that must say something? Most of the times if I get scared, it is because I think about the impact on my daughter, being left all alone in the world. I’m her only living relative. Given that family relatives on both her mother and her biological father side have completely ignored and abandoned her. In order to punish me. I know she will be left all alone in the world after I die. She has, and quite rightly refuses to, ever have any contact with any of her blood relatives.
Why did you report when other women often feel too frightened?
One of my biggest mantras is this: “all it takes for evil to flourish is for good people to do nothing”. But also because my father, whom I would call Abba (his initials are AMC for Abdul Muquith Choudhury and feature in charity projects I set up for him), one of the most purest souls on this earth, who was always fighting injustice often told me this. That I must never ever turn a blind eye, when I see evil or when I see corruption. And not to pursue the path of financial gain without trampling over people or stopping to help others who may need help or voice. Because my father said the greatest riches – will be awarded to those who do good and try to stay good.
You can read more about my dad and his death in an article I wrote for the LSE here.
How did this (fighting injustice) all start?
Story time! Because of my refusal to allow anyone to suffer. I think I was five years old, when at primary school, I found my twin sister crying. She told me that she had been either hit or being bullied by another little girl. When I costed this little girl, I remember it was on the stone steps of Earlsfield primary school, in Earlsfield London SW 18, she refused to apologise. Of course we were just children, but when she told me to “shut up” and hit me – as well as repeat the jibes about my twin sister, a wild force of rage took hold of me. I remember being involved in a physical fight. I remember jumping onto her and flailing her with my little wrists, shouting “say sorry”.
I noticed that after this punch up, the bad little girl never spoke ill of me or my sister again. I also noticed I did not get into a lot of trouble. because I had until always been well-behaved, and so the school did suspend me I think. And my beloved father AMC – gave me a lecture – that I should always go to my elders or responsible with access to authority and never take the law into my own hands. And that it was my good conduct that had saved me from being expelled.
It was interesting to note that at the time this incident happened, we were at first living atop the curry house called Nazmin’s (which was a joint family asset stolen by a male relative). And then began living in Littleton Street, Earlsfield London SW18. During both these properties, my Abba had a couple who are lodging with us. The wife – let’s call her Mrs Blue – a young teenage girl – was my ultimate “girl crush” Pretty and kind. She never made fun of me because I see I had very dark skin and it was deemed a very unattractive feature in my community. She was forever calling me into her bedroom when her husband was at work in, to put make up on me. Because we both loved ABBA, it was often the brightest, bluest eyeshadow hence the nickname I give her now.
Mrs Blue was married to this nasty brute of a man. Let’s call him Mr Blue. And when I got back from school one day, and watching tv. When a loud noise and screaming shattered my reverie.
And I remember I followed my father running in, who attempted to drag him off her. I found Mr Blue had hit Mrs Blue and he had beaten her so badly – she was sobbing. I remember seeing hair matted in blood, dripping from the wall where he had gripped her hair and head, to hit her head against the 1970s wallpaper.
I immediately began to hit Mr Shazam – screaming over and over “I hate you” – with my father dragging me away from the scene. And when I will challenge my father he was just smile and say to me “Life is complicated, they are very poor and they need somewhere to stay”. And I would hear him later in the kitchen, giving a very stern talk to Mr Blue.
In the 1990s there was another incident where my twin sister was getting married. In Bangladesh. To a man that had been arranged for her. I recall getting dressed in a beautiful lengha – bright blue and fuschia – when there was a sudden scream. “Thief, thief” – and whizzing past me, I saw two little boys being pursued frantically buy some of the male guests in our home.
I remember I had not even dressed and gathered up the fabric in my hands and ran after the two boys, who were in hot pursuit. Until we ended up in the back of the property. And they’re on the ground, I rushed in. Only to find two little boys probably the age of 9, having the absolute hell, kicked out of them by a group of adult men. I waded in to rescue them as I heard the punches. I was told to back off and even though I knew they may be thieves, something in me told me that this was so wrong.. The sight of seven adult men in a ring – beating the two little boys up. I recall seeing the look of glee on some of these adult men and these boys bleeding. And I knew this was not justice but this was malevolence.SSomething in me that they confuse me so greatly because these were the very same men who had been very polite and deemed to be respectful. But in this traumatic fight, it was almost as if they were possessed by a Demon.I’ve never seen anything like it before.
I screamed to my father, who also came and dispersed the angry male crowd. But I remember one of the boys crying so badly, he had actually soiled his pants, which was later on the hem of my beautiful Lengha- and I have this dress somewhere and the stain and I kept it because I think I was the only one who appealed to my father saying these kids were so young and probably hungry and I didn’t like the way they were being beaten up. My father replied “sadly this is the way Bangladesh works, you cannot rely on law and justice, vigilantism is the answer – and we may not like it but we have to respect how they do things and why you must help the poor when you grow up”
Later in life. I would also then find myself at the mercy of several ex-boyfriends and relatives. All of whom would do terrible things to me. And I was a bit of a doormat. But slowly I began to fight back and I went from zero to hero. My own superhero.
But all this and more will be documented in my podcast and book. Of Broken Hearts & Burdens. More episodes coming soon.
Hence – over 50 years later, I still follow my father’s advice. In that I never take the law into my own hands – even if justice works against me. As I have this insane and inane belief, that truth will prevail. So will justice and that as much as I’m always in a David and Goliath freakish battle, when the truth will come out, the public will support me. And I will be able to sleep peacefully at night because victory is mine, in a manner that was done responsibly and ethically think.
And so I have adopted this mantra to this day and probably why I’ve been unsuccessful for so long, because I do have this habit of running around trying to get people to do the right thing before I now go for the metaphorical “punch up” – ha ha.
And while I will never condone violence, I will utterly stand and defend those who wish to defend themselves. This includes myself! So don’t be surprised if you see videos on social media circulating of me screaming, shouting at others. But I promise you this – just prior to that, I would’ve either been attacked all these people are corrupt criminals and when confronting them, they attacked me or accused me of falsehood. I want that happens to me, I’m really sorry but I struggle to control myself and that is the genuine sincere truth. I cannot stand to be gaslit.
What’s going to happen to your business?
It’s currently suspended in that we are not seeking to actively promote or run it because I have to stand trial. In Bangldesh. That’s when I feel like crying. Lovedesh has been suspended so many times. As well as being destroyed. As of February 2024, all current and future production is suspended. As I fly out to Bangladesh in March 2024 to face a criminal trial.
How is my mental health?
Very poor. I’m registered disabled after being able-bodied for decades. This is because of all the trauma and attacks and torture I have suffered.
I’ve since been diagnosed with complex PTSD and acute anxiety. But in February 2024 I have the most amazing roster of people working to support me from my local GP, to my IDVA (independent domestic violence advocate) at a major charity for women facing honour based violence and VAWG (Violence Against Women & Girls).
How does all this horror impact your finances?
Often I have gone without food. And while I’ve never actually starved, but I have skipped meals, or eating snacks in place of nourishing food. It’s unfortunate because I’ve noticed due to lack of vitamins, I’ve lost so much of my gorgeous hair due to extreme deficiency of Vitamin D – and I have been prescribed a very intense toes Sertorex 25,000
What is your overall goal?
To go viral. I want to go so vital that someone in Timbuktu to China to Venezuela to the Galapagos Islands has heard of me and my story. Because I think it will resonate across all cultures, religions, ages, genders as it is the story of me, a very ordinary woman, under extraordinary circumstances, who refuse to be bullied and would not be complicit in fraud or corruption.
In order to get my story heard and hold those who did all of this to me accountable. So they hopefully into prison. To change the law both in the United Kingdom and Bangladesh so that no other individual suffers in the way that I have.
For the world to remember my father AMC. And how it was not just him, but millions of others who have died been tortured that the world never knew about. Because Social Media did not exist and that people aren’t strong enough and that suicide and murder continues to happen to the worlds most innocent because of the actions of the worlds most corrupt.
To open my store in Bonn Street London and hopefully managed to get our The Princess Dress onto Taylor Swift this Summer at her British Era’s Tour. As well as to the Met Gala and in all the glossy fashion magazines. And in doing so we also open up the worlds first ethical factory in Bangladesh – and obtain recognition for all the beneficiaries of my charity projects especially the Rana Plaza Victim’s and all those who died because Lovedesh was attacked and never got to see its success no obtain the financial benefits that they were supposed to have.
To live a peaceful life where I eventually maybe get married. Have more kids (yes at 53) and open a orphanage. And lie on my death bad or just before I die – with a smile on my lips knowing I did the right thing. I was on the right side of history and I kept my side of the street – clean.
How have you been treated throughout this ordeal?
I’ve had I think 45 attempts on my life. Out in Bangladesh. I’ve had gangsters ordered and organised by my blood family to cut the gate directed by my father in his estate out in Bangladesh. But no police investigated. I’ve been bullied, I get death and rape threats. I’ve had threats to have my daughter kidnapped and murdered. On and on and on and maybe the best thing is to see the Lovedesh Hall of Trolls.
Have other people have been affected or mistreated?
Yes. In order to punish me other people especially in Bangladesh – have often ended up dying, attacked or put into prison.
Amber – my daughter has been harassed, CCTV installed on her, out in Bangladesh by a man who is so dangerous and is the business associate of The ANCs. Who is nicknamed Mr Qweep.
My “Adopted” Son (MAS) – first was a young lad I met it in Bangladesh over 10 years, whose father had died. And who would eventually in 2015, be threatened. Today he is a grown man.
In December 2022, MAS was put into prison on false charges after he took me to the Bangladeshi Police station to fetch mee help. We were all punished especially after I reported sex crime. MAS, my daughter Amber and myself we accused of stealing paint cans from the shop that did not exist. I 100% know this was a fake case undertaken by Mr Bil – on behald of The ANCs.
Rustum (RIP) – born an orphan. He eventually married an orphan and had the kindest eyes. Rustum used to be my late fathers poverty stricken tenant on his estate in Bangladesh. I first met him I think in 2013 and he was selling cigarettes and I really found that problematic as it was on my late fathers estate. And that’s when I offered him the job of being my late fathers estate caretaker and he jumped with joy.
You will learn more about his story in The Lovedesh Hall of Happiness. But he was mercilessly bullied by my family. He later run away and later would have a heart attack.
The two village women code named “Mrs Village Tears” – he reported my family members were bullying and threatening to beat them up. They were then mistreated and threatened.
Shaheda (RIP) – my cousin’s wife, after whom the Lovedesh goats cheese is named after. She was mercilessly bullied, and attacked for many years until she died poverty stricken.
What is the worst possible outcome?
I get murdered. My enemies win. And this story never comes out and he’s buried deep as it has been for many others across the aeons of time. Just as it did for my late father AMC. And there is a real possibility of this happening unless you can help me? Here is the link to gind out how to help. Thank you x
What results or achievements have you made in protecting people on planet?
It’s in all the blessings and the tears of joy from the people that Lovedesh has been helping. Mostly the destitute, the deprived garment workers, victims of Rana Plaza. And all villages in Bangladesh. As well as of course my TikTok fam – who often tell me that I do a lot to make them feel supported as well as several individuals who have written in and told me that because of my story – and talks I give – they came back from the brink of suicide.
I also know I am achieving results because in 2016 I want entrepreneur of the year at the national British Muslim awards. You can see the full speech here.
In 2019 the People’s Republic of Bangladesh also awarded me a grant to host a fashion event in London which was hugely successful – here is the video. Also via my media coverage. Which has abruptly stopped since 2019.
In 2015 I was featured in Conde Nast Traveller as the expert for unusual destinations as well as in The Guardian – and I also got the opportunity to get a contract from the Royal botanical Gardens at Kew to run my project. But in 2015, when my family found out all this, they went to Bangladesh and destroyed all my projects.
In 2019, I designed a T-shirt to benefit the victims of Rana Plaza., the factory in Bangladesh which collapsed killing 1136 garment workers. I have also been working at grassroots for over 10 years in Bangladesh, working with the most destitute to design antipoverty project so I’m really proud to share that you can now pre-order although there is no guarantee, The Shaheda Goat’s Cheese. As well as handcrafted headbands.
What’s your opinion of the #MeToo Movement?
I am disappointed but it’s very much needed. I don’t feel that brown women especially those of us with South Asian heritage are truly represented. And I do often feel that with any campaign, soon the grassroots has become disconnected but I’m hoping that one day they will read about my story, and reach out to me. Because I have reached out to them – and I got no reply. Imagine my disappointment!
Who is involved?
Family wise: nearly every single relative on my late father side and on my mother side. This includes my biological mother, biological sisters and my biological brother. The main perpetrator who is undertaking a lot of the fake court trials against me is Mr BIL my first cousin and brother-in-law. As well as relatives in the UK, Sweden and in the USA and most of all of course my perpetrator who sexually assaulted me and attempted to rape me.
Also included are their adult children – one of whom used to work for a Muslim school called Al-Rasalah in Tooting, London. When I am from the school of his and his family’s behaviour they did absolutely nothing.
How has this affected your Lovedesh Human Rights projects?
As at 2024 there are two human rights cases that I and my legal team are leading.
#ShutUp4RanaPlaza One is the criminal investigation into the conduct of foreign organisations such as Fashion Revolution and Fair Wear foundation in Netherlands and how they have treated the Rana Plaza Victim’s. Involved are victims of Rana Plaza. One of whom has been beaten and attacked for being a witness. And we are urgently asking everyone to support this community. You can decide about purchasing the #IRemember1136 t Shirt via the Lovedesh Merch site here,.
#BrownSweat The other is the Cybercrime case against freelance journalist Thaslima Begum who wrote a clickbait article for The Guardian on 23 December 2023 – featuring a case study about how she met a female garment worker who is also working as a sex worker. But the female garment workers found the picture that they used so offensive. It violated their religious code of conduct.
There are more problems with this article because now many women going to work at factories are being harassed. Being accused of being sex workers. And the Trade Union Leader is a suspicious because there is no data, there is no interview with any other party. And the female garment workers do not understand why she, especially as she wears a hijab and identifies as a Muslim herself, did this. And why many Trade Union Leader’s turn to me, and female company workers and asked me if I could find them. And I agreed to.
While this lawsuit under threat as we need funding to continue after having taken it to court in Bangladesh and are due to appeal.
Support
Why do you need a Go Fund me?
I don’t like it at all. But at times in my life, when my family have persecuted me or beating me up, and I’ve been left with no income, I’ve had my supporters encourage me to open and promote the link. I believe that my income and the funds that we need should be accessed through sales of Lovedesh. Because my TikTok Fam urged me to open one. But we tend to only use this when I’m in Bangladesh and without income and in extreme danger. Because some followers said they want to donate to me but they have very little amounts and some people tell me they just want to donate. Because they are such a good souls they don’t want anything back!
The Go Fund Me Page attached to #JusticeForYasmin started a couple of years ago when Lovedesh was struggling. And I could not make income because in 2021, my own twin sister attempted to put me in prison and because I’m registered disabled, despite the onerous amount of work I do, day and night, I’ve always struggled to make a steady income from Lovedesh. But in particular I need it more so now in 2024. for my own individual needs because I know I will definitely not have any form of income.
You see – there is money due to me. But my own family deprive me of money belonging to me. That my late father has left me. They have done this for 20 years.
I was also financially abused and controlled for so long by GG (Gangsta Granny my own mother). As well as being exploited and taking advantage of by so many – be it Mr MBA – who convinced me to sell my second property asset – yeah hit the fact that I was owed money from my father estate. As well as for example the biological father of my daughter Amber, did not and refused to pay maintenance. But he is a very rich man and the array of women in his life who have been protecting him and have always done so. Meant that I was stripped financially.
And given that I’m due to stand a criminal trial in Bangladesh, I’m worried for my daughter Amber who is very vulnerable. I need to make sure there is enough money to keep us safe from danger. I’ve been attacked so many times, I’ve never had the money and even when I ended up in hospital in Bangladesh, I didn’t have money for a car I was taken by took took while I was injured.
How will the money be spent?
On legal fees, expenses, protection. For example I am often on a shoestring or I never have enough money for emergencies these include safe houses. Lawyers that I need to consult on new matters as well as safe transportation and people don’t realise but Bangladesh. Can be very expensive.
Has the British consulate helped?
No. They have failed and left me stranded and me and my daughter attacked. I was almost murdered and now there is an ongoing Parliamentary ombudsman investigation into the conduct of the FCDO – I have also alerted the APPG (All Parliamntary Party GrouP) on Deaths Abroad, Consular Services and Assistance.
Do you have any support system in place?
No. But I do have my GP, I have a IDVA. But these are very scarce. I don’t have a family. I don’t have partners. I don’t have any relatives. I don’t have any friends (they all abandoned me once my life fell into heavy problems).
Have you contacted your MP?
Yes. But she, a labour MP has failed me so badly. And her office refused to give me an appointment for over 1 ½ years. Refused to get involved. This story needs to come out. As I have witnesses in this #JusticeForYasmin campaign team who are willing to come forward to explain how they wrote over and over for many years. She refused to assist. The last time I saw her, she asked me what it is I expected her to do. Which is why we are urgently trying to relocate to a new address that could be funded by Go Fund Me or Lovedesh sales – as our target is to become constituent members of Labour MP Rt Hon Naz Shah in Bradford West – or Rt Hon Zarah Sultana Coventry South. – I believe that both of these ladies are extremely integrity lead and would do lots to help.
Why hasn’t the media published your story?
I don’t know. But maybe one day there will be a Parliamentary Inquiry – via a Select Committee. Because so many media have been contacted – sometimes I think it’s because I’m Muslim, and people are scared of reprisals perhaps – even though we know that bad Muslims are nothing to do with Islam – a beautiful peaceful religion.
Family & Trolls
What evidence do they have against Yasmin?
Why is the man who SA’d you not in a criminal case?
Because I believe my family and the perpetrator paid a bribe. And that the corrupt police official who investigated my sex crime report, reported against me and I know he did this because he did not even interview me or my witnesses. But there are steps now been taken by certain officials within the Bangladeshi government to review the entire process of how and why my sex crime report was not adequately address. As well as investigations into the website set up to spread lies and defined me because that is where you will find a copy of this dodgy report translated into English. https://aboutyasminchoudhury.com/
- Why are your family doing this?
I refuse to accept the conditions upon which I’m required to be part of this family. Which is to be greedy, corrupt and to be a bully and trample over poor people. Which I absolutely refuse to do. I have never done it and because they all showed their true nature after my late father AMC died on 23 March 2004.
I reported sexual assault and attempted rape at the hands of an elderly male first cousin in Bangladesh. I successfully filed a legal petition in a Court in Bangladesh – to open an investigation into my late father’s suspicious killing. And because I have been exposing the Ford and corruption and bullying of the poorest and of charities who have been deprived of my late fathers assets because my own family have defrauded his estate in UL and Bangladesh.
What have your family got to gain?
I don’t know. You will have to ask them that. You could email my biological sister and her name is Nazmin Choudhury of NC Law. Except of course – perhaps there is one thing – that either I die of a heart attack from the stress or they eventually end up murdering or having me assassinated.
What’s your response to the truth about Yasmin see TikTok account and websites they have made about you?
It’s all lies. That’s why they are anonymous. And that’s why ever 15 years of asking my relatives to come to the table, to our answer serious allegations of bullying, they will never come to the table. The problem is anyone seeking to spread information anonymously – is not ok.
Legal
Who have you gone to for help? And what did they say?
Everyone knows. PM Rishi Sunak, My MP Rt Hon Siobhan McDonagh (Labour), Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, Robert Chatterton Dickson.
Her Excellency, Hon Saida Muna Tasneem at the High Bangladesh High Commission in the UK, former High Commissioenr to the British High Commssion Dhaka
Charities: Muslim Women’s Network, National Zakat Foundation.
Do you have good legal counsel?
In Bangladesh – yes – excellent. My lawyer is Md Zak. And Marjaina Chowdhury – they are also a married couple and they support me so much – give me 24x 7 support. And one day I’ve told them that the world will know their names and how they, came to the rescue of a British mother and daughter when all the others, with access to power and privilege refused to do so.
Will you be reimbursed for your legal costs?
No. At the moment I only pay legal fees in Bangladesh and it’s very low. Considering the amount of work my lawyers do and I’m hoping that through the funds are raised, I can give them adequate fees because they really deserve a raise! As Zak is studying for his bar exams in London and the plan is to also open a organisation to help others who may be stranded or in need because of their connection to Bangladesh either in a personal or business capacity. This organisation will be called The NRB Forum (non-resident Bangladesh)
Do you get legal aid?
No. Because I have a property which I own and unless it is for serious criminal matters, you do not get legal aid in UK.
What cases have you won?
Lots 🙂 I’m now going to share the following..
Barclays The Bank (2001). As soon as I became pregnant Barclays, the bank whom I was working for at the head office made my job role redundant and then tried to get me to work as a working mother on their flexible working polciies. I refused – thanks for the help I got from the trade Union that I belong to at UNIFI _ who then went on the attack – haha – and demanded that Barclays offered me the opportunity to take full redundancy. Which I did and that is how I found it a changing my career to become a trained Actress at drama school in Brighton.
Others. I also took the following employers to employment tribunal after they dismissed me. Again, every time I find an employee at mistreating me as a working mother I will take action. Airbnb, Monster, a web development company (I will not name them – but the founder was extremely horrific after sharing with me his story of being made homeless and then he employed me and then began to exploit me. Until I made him shut the fuck down and give me compensation which she was forced to but he was so spiteful – he make sure he gave the payments monthly to my daughter in order that I did not receive it.). As if my daughter Amber, who is one of the kindest people, and at the time relocated to boarding school due to domestic violence at the hands of my family would ever go and start spending the money he put into her account, on sweets and crap. She would always use the money to buy groceries for me. And said “Mummy – this is really not my money – it is yours and he is silly man – because by forcing me to take the money, you don’t have to declare it!” She was a minor at the time. Ha ha.
What legal help are you getting?
None in the UK. But I have lawyers in Bangladesh.
Amber
Is Amber’s father helping?
No. His name is Mr Bobbin. Because he was christened this by someone in my TikTok family as he likes to pop in and out pretending to be someone who cares about his biological daughter, Amber. Who he abandoned at a very young age, he is a father of three children by three different mothers.
Mr Bobbin has been living in Switzerland. We split up and I secretly worked to leave him – as I possess evidence that he attempted to kill me one night in south of France back in 2001 while I was a new mother. And of late, I and my lawyers possessed evidence that he has been working with my family and refusing to assist Amber after she went to him and cried saying that The ANCs business Associate Mr Qweep – a married man with children, in his 50s, had installed CCTV on her.
Wait until you see Mr Bobbin’s replies to Amber and why she has cut off from him. Amber also has a half brother and half sister him he has refused to introduce and this Christmas 2023, even though she chose to cut him off, he made no contact. And sat and enjoyed I expect a lovely Christmas in Switzerland while the women and the men in his life applauded him for being a good man. But he’s not – he should actually go to jail. For what he’s done to me in 2001. But also for fleecing the British taxpayers – he left to finance the upbringing of his two children born in the Uk – one of which is of course Amber. As I had to claim working tax credit as a single mother in order to survive.
What did they do to Amber?
As soon as Amber was born I was already designed. My eldest sister Mrs BIL – who is of course married to my first cousin, the mortal enemy of my late father – who I code named Mr Bil – refused to have any contact with her. Because she was mixed race and because she did not agree that I should be allowed to be with a white man. She was also upset that I dated. And for all of Amber’s life this woman refused to have any contact except for a short period when I again out of desperate attempts to have family, because I was that brainwashed even then, thankfully I’m not anymore – wrote to her asking her to reconnect what she did do but within two years, she would betray me.
In 2007, my twin sister, beat me up and attacked me as well as Amber and threw her out of her house. The crime was I had gone round to my twin sisters house but because my older sister refused to have contact with Amber because she was white – I found that she had taken all the children out for the day. And while Amber started to cry and I asked my twin sister where she was, in a fit of rage she suddenly attacked me punched me in the head. I’ve never seen her since that day.
And during that brief interim period when I reconnected with my elder sister, who at the time did apologise profusely about her conduct towards Amber, and attempted to reconnect me with my twin sister, I refused point blank.. Later his twin sister would in fact in July 2021 be appointed as the vice chair of Gingerbread the single parent family.
When I wrote to this charity and I alerted them of safeguarding concerns. Both Charity and my twin sister colluded together. I got reported to the Metropolitan please and interviewed under caution it was very scary. I did not even get a solicitor and this is the subject of another dispute between myself and Thompson Law Solicitors. And the Metropolitan Police – as I possess evidence that my twin sister was working for the Met Police at the time.
Amber has also been dragged through the courts in Bangladesh, has had threats on her life. They were gangsters ordered by my family who came looking for both of us but luckily we were out at the time. She has missed her graduation ceremony as she got first class honours in her university degree which is BSc Business Studies Majoring in Marketing. I studied the same degree. And her dream is to work for a big corporate but she’s struggling because she has been dragged into this mess and despite appealing to her biological father, her auntie’s, Uncle, every single relative they have refused to listen and they have often ghosted her.
Amber is all alone in the world but the good news is she has been adopted by YasminIsYasmin TikTok fam. In fact last night, 16th of February 2024, I cannot believe that someone Mrs GlamGenX, who we met through Tik Tok, is now such a dear family friend and a sister figure and an auntie figure to Amber, arrived bringing lots of presents to cheer Amber up.
Amber rarely has new clothes. Every Eid and Christmas she has only celebrated it with me and none of her blood relatives because they have never invited her. She struggles to make new friendships and because she went to boarding school a lot of her friends are based internationally so I’m really hoping that one day amber, will be feted – of the moist incredible brave women the world has ever seen. On a par with Malala. Because despite getting death threats, reprisals and being punished for being my daughter, Amber has continued to work and contribute and volunteer at Lovedesh and Amcariza since the age of eight. And in 2022 all alone she filed a legal position in the quarter Bangladesh to report Mr Qweep – for harassing her. She is v brave. And if that is what Amber is already doing at the age of 22. When she reaches my age, 53, I really hope that the world will benefit from her wisdom and her leadership because I think she will be pretty incredible as a human being let alone as a woman.
How is Amber’s mental health?
Amber is seriously unwell. Today, February 17, 2024, Amber emerged from the shower very worried, unlike me has started to lose her. She has already registered for counselling and is not fit enough not well enough to start a job even though she got first class honours. At times she suffers depressive episodes and she gets very overwhelmed. But my lawyers and my support network out in Bangladesh, which is very strong as it contains Mr Son and his family – journalists make her smie and she tells me she feels more loved out there – than in UK.
Amber has seen so much evil, and hatred and while she is often very disconcerted by the lack of support she gets from her own blood or the way she has been reviled ever since she has been born. She remains stoic. She is very different to me, very private, and one of the strongest human beings I’ve ever come across. She is very pure of heart and while she has made many mistakes which she will be the 1st to admit, this is because she has grown up firstly in an abusive home – institution such as a boarding school. And seeing that all my so-called once upon a time best friends desert me, she herself has chosen to become very self-sufficient in relying on herself.
But I think it best will ask Amber to complete a paragraph here so that she can see it in her own words! And since both Amber now will be without any form of income and constantly having Lovedesh attacked suspended, I hope you can find it in your heart to read the different ways you can choose to support us – mother and daughter.
Bangladesh
What’s the law like in Bangladesh?
Firstly I respect the law of every land even though it may not make sense to us. Bangladesh. Is a beautiful country but sadly I believe that it’s still under the jurisdiction of laws that emanate from the division in 1948 after the British left. You seen Bangladesh
In a way you are guilty until proven innocent. For about $30 – you can file a legal case against someone, fabricate lies and witnesses. And then set about destroying that persons life because you have to go through the process to be cleared. There is no Crown Prosecution Service. There is no legal aid except for the very object poor. And what happens, often certain officials or perhaps Police will take bribes because I’m constantly told that in Bangladesh you cannot get justice without paying for it.
But I have refused to pay a single penny in bribes.
This is why my fight is taking so long. We already have evidence of three police reports that have been written using fabricated evidence and it is clear to me that particular police officer took a bribe and we have these documents. It is also horrific because when you go to the Sylhet Court in Bangladesh, there are crowds of people. You have to wait until your name is called and also while you can adjourn cases, often legal troubles can take over a year. There is often no rhyme or reason and it can be frightening because everything is done in the Bengali language. There is no English spoken.
At the fact that some of the lawyers like those in the UK are also corrupt. And I have a video clip of my previous lawyers taking monetary bribe from the lawyer and my friends of my perpetrator Mr Bil. Who has often been in court attempting to put me in prison. But I remain steadfast and have simply been collecting receipts in the sheer strong belief that one day all of this will emerge. They will be exposed.
And hopefully Honourable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangadesh – who is the head of the Awami league ruling party and recently won an election in January 2024 will take the strongest measures. I really don’t think she knows about me because nobody is telling her when I have gone to people in the government, they often failed to escalate me because I think they’re very embarrassed of the fact that I reported sex crime and they are worried of the international diplomatic situation that may arise.
What’s your opinion of the Bangladesh Government?
Nothing but respect. It is of course frustrating to find the odd handful of officials who are so horrific. Who have mocked me. Laughed at me. Including local politicians one of whom allowed an attack upon me by his supporteers.
But I’ve also had the most wonderful support as a business woman and one day I will write my life story and I will write about the amazing characters that I met. The civil servants, the drivers, the T 🐼 boys in offices who would rush to help me support me. Carry my bags. In my opinion they are better than the British government and I do not endorse any political party. But what I would remind you is that the current prime minister of Bangladesh – story because because her own father was assassinated.
What cases have you lodged in Bangladesh?
Lots 🙂 – my life changed once I met Diana, who was the first lawyer to stand by me and represent me ethically. As she met me in January 2023 I believe. And began to represent me in the trial where I was accused of stealing two cows. Her husband was to join later and together the following legal cases are now on going against the evil corrupt ANCS.
What’s your opinion of Bangladesh?
I love this country. I’m so proud of my heritage. And I instantly dismiss or challenge anyone who uses my story in an attempt to stigmatise the people of Bangladesh.
There are so many who are supporting me, I have had thousands of people commenting as well as private messages on my Facebook, Tik Tok urging me to keep going. And this is a beautiful country that deserves all the recognition it gets in my life story as I always say to people that it is a handful of corrupt evil people who have undertaken evil to hurt me and my daughter Amber. Entire country by the actions of these morally bankrupt corrupt people who belong to my own blood. I would remind you that people often criticised Bangladesh but forget that the human rights legacy left behind by the USA and the UK and European nations is so disgusting and evil.
That I will for the rest of my life defend the good people of Bangladesh and educate all of you to travel out there (changes so that foreigners are not attacked or dragged through courts).
Is the Bangladesh media helping you?
Yes and no.
The ones with giving me the most voice are the brilliant influencers and Facebook news channels in the region of Sylhet, Bangladesh. Which is where my father and biological mothers heritage is from and where their family is very well-known. Otherwise the entire “desi” or ethnic Bangladeshi channels in London, UK and outside of Bangladesh who report on news related to the Bangladeshi community have stayed silent. For example many know of me. Met me. Due to the work I was doing at Lovedesh. And why I feel it is ok for me to be really angry with the London-based British Bangladesh media channels many of whom originate from Sylhet – because I suspect that they are very close to my relatives. And they don’t like reporting on sex crimes and they don’t want to address the serious corruption within their own community.
